It is white when applied but does it dry clear?

Hi there! The BLANCO gel dries white so that if you're using dark cardstock it helps give a nice white base to make the color pop. If you are looking for the one that dries clear, make sure it's the regular gel or the plain duo gel, which both dry clear.
