I thought I was ordering scor pal tape. Was dissapointed when I opened the box. I decided to try it because I was getting desperate for adhesive. It works just as well as scor pal tape. I will order this again.

This roll is amazing. It is easy to cut or tear. It really sticks with no bumps or bulges. I took away one star because it is often wound too loosely which makes it difficult to use all of it because it comes apart on the spool.
This tape holds even better than the popular brand, so be sure you know where you want to place something before placing it there! I'm very happy with my purchase.
This adhesive is super sticky AND nice and thin, making it perfect for those who love ornate details (ME!!!)! I love all of the features of it - like its heat resistance and permanent nature! Plus, it's easy to peel, which is nice because I get frustrated when adhesives are difficult to detach from their backings. WIN!

This adhesive is the best thing since sliced bread! I use it by the ton. The backing comes off with ease - you don't have to fight to remove it. It cuts easily with scissors and has great sticking power. It is permanent so make sure you place it where you want it, because there is no second chance. This is great stuff . . . I wouldn't be without it.
This double sided adhesives has gotten increasingly more expensive. Checking Amazon and then finding scrapbook.com was on sale brought me The best deal anywhere. The 1/8 inch is the best for my card making and this product works well.
I love this tape it's strong and easy to tear using my finger nail against it... I like the 1/8" because it's strong, that's all I need to add cardstock layers on my cards...
I have always held off on buying 2-sided adhesive things like this because I had a good variety of adhesives that are useful across any situation! But then I started working on some very complex pages with many long, thin papers to adhere and decided that it IS much easier to use the thin adhesive rolls to adhere them as even my thinnest rolling adhesive applicator is too wide for a 1/8" wide piece of cardstock. It makes a seamless, very secure backing to afix to my pages. Worth every bean!!! And who doesn't want to save some crafting money at the same time?

I ordered 12- 1/4” rolls and 6- 1/8” rolls thinking that it should be comparable to Scor-tape, but marketed under the Scrapbook.com house brand. Wrong! For many reasons: 1) the adhesive doesn’t stick well at all and I find that I’m having to add Wet glue to ensure my #65 cardstock sticks down. This is happening when I trying to glue down CS-to-CS, as well as CS-to-medium weight chipboard. I take this to mean that the adhesive is VERY temp sensitive (it’s Winter right now where I live). 2) the chipboard roll that the adhesive comes on is super flimsy and my adhesive, the entire roll easily slips off it’s base. 3) There is an inconsistency in sizing. When you match the width of this adhesive tape to the 1/4” and 1/8” scor-tape, the latter is true to measurement whereas the Scrapbook..com brand width is thinner. 4) Lastly, this adhesive is difficult to remove even when the slightest contact is made to the paper, and will tear your CS.

I need super strong tape for moving parts on cards. I have tried many brands and find that after a year or so, they come apart. (so disappointing when you are making someone a gift). I'm wondering how strong of a bond this tape provides.

The tape Scrapebook sent me to help with an answer is a great tape. I use large sections for foil and glitter areas and assembling cards. If I were making a moving part to a card I would recommend Thermo Web. It appears red in the photos but it is clear. It is a very strong adhesive tape and heat resistant. Hope that helps with all the choices.

This adhesive works great, except that it's so sticky it's really a pain to cut. It leaves sticky residue all over my scissor blades, and is difficult to handle due to it sticking to my fingers and to the scissors. Anybody have tips on how to work with it, without having to clean my scissors with Goo Gone every time?

Hello! This particular double sided tape is designed more for paper. We have not tried to adhere it to velvet. It is very sticky so it may work but, it has not been tested.

I bought a roll of this 1/8" tape and the 6" tape for card making. The 1/8" has such a strong hold that I was wondering if I could cut strips of the 6" to use to put 80# handmade envelopes together? I make quite a few dimensional cards, and I want to make sure they hold securely through the mail. My cardstock is Neenah and I make all sizes of cards. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)
