Hello, these spines come with a strip of glue down the center of them that can be used with the Thermal Cinch Machine to melt and hold your pages together. They can accommodate different types of covers, like cardstock or chipboard. You do not want the cover to be too thick because these spines can only accommodate approximately 30-60 pages.
