Scrap-N-Stow Portable Scrapbooking Table Offers Solutions & Possibilities

The inventor of the Scrap-n-Stow Portable Scrapbooking Table recently came to Scrapbook.com to give us a demo of this amazing new craft table. We watched in awe and anticipation as Ennis unveiled a table that gives scrapbookers and crafters their own portable workspace at crops, at home or even by the pool. Yes, the inventor's wife uses her table poolside while the family swims then easily closes it up, latches it shut and wheels it into the house when finished - with all of her materials stowed safely inside.

If you have limited space in your home for scrapbooking, cardmaking or craft projects this table could be the perfect solution for you. I've come to truly appreciate the well-thought-out features, durable yet light-weight construction, compact design and the revolutionary wheel and tote-handle features.

The
Scrap-n-Stow Portable Scrapbooking Table comes with step-by-step photo instructions that show how to easily open up the legs and close them using your chair for leverage.

Seeing the table open up for the first time, exposing the large work area with secured compartments for tools and papers helped me understand its versatility.  The dual lids open and drop down to the table sides out of the way by the steel legs.  I just had to sit down and try it myself.

Imagine your work and pages-in-progress at your fingertips or stored safely inside your table when not in use. This is an exciting possibility. And, should you need a tool or supply that's tucked inside one of the table compartments during storage, they're easy to retrieve even if you've stowed the table under a bed. Simply roll it out, undo the safety latches and lift open one or both of the lids.

Think about the possibilities: taking it camping; to a cabin; to a resort; the park, your backyard or any place you long to scrapbook

An
AMM Tote-ally Cool Tote fits perfectly into the compartment to my upper right in the photo when the table is open, giving access to more tools when you scrap. The compartment isn't large enough though for the Lazy Susan feature of a Tote-ally Cool Tote to work properly but that's not a problem for me.  When going to a crop you get the table out of your car using the carrying handle. Then carry an AMM Tote-ally Cool Tote in one hand and roll the loaded table behind you in the other. The only other thing you need at your destination is a chair to sit on.

You can put a stack of 12" x 12" paper/cardstock (to complete several layouts) into the paper compartment (to my right in the photo), a paper trimmer in another and tools and supplies applicable to your pages-in-progress (or cards) that you want to grab quickly in the rest of the compartments i.e. scissors, adhesives, corner rounder, etc.

You can comfortably work on a single 12" x 12" layout or two 8.5" x 11" layouts in the large center section.  Should you need to view both layouts of a two-page spread at the same time simply place one of the layouts on the top of the materials in the paper compartment. (See the space next to my right arm in the next photo).

The
Scrap-n-Stow table is ideal to work at while sitting in a standard-height chair but too short for those who like to stand up to do their work (if over about 5'). The stability features make it safe for those who have children who might accidentally hang on the table before they're taught or instructed not to do so.

The options and possibilities of this table make me happy and I know they'll make you happy too if you've been looking for an ideal craft table
