A few random photos from my visit to Glen Echo Park in September. One of the things on my list was to get a photo of the trestle bridge (the park was one of the stops for the trolley that ran along the Potomac). The stairs are deceiving - if youre at the top of the stairs, youre actually on a busy street! The stairs lead down to the original entrance to the park. Its so neat that this back-in-time park is tucked away and you forget that just outside the gates is real life.

I love 49 & Market paper but cannot justify buying any more paper for a while. So, using Vintage Artistry as inspiration, I created my own background with distress Inks, a stencil, and a small stamp.
