Thanks for sharing such beautiful LO's and thanks for taking the time to list the products and details in order to scraplift. This is a beautiful LO and I would love to re-create it. Very inspiring.
This is fabulous, so soft and so artistic, so shocked when I read you had doodled the border I initially thought it was a beautiful stamp, well done on a great page.
You know, my scanner does that to me - makes thngs look crooked when in real life they aren't - drives me batty!!! Anyhow lovely layout - I love the doodling and faux stitching what a fabulous touch!
Everyting about this LO is just absolutely stunning! The vine border is fantastic! The pps are great and the quotes are perfect!! Great photo too! Fave!
Oh my! My heart is melting like ice cream in the sun! I NEED a shot like that of Samuel and Ada once she can walk! The little flowers are so cute! Fav!
OH goodness...where do I begin? The vine is stunning, I love the way you stamped the flowers in the middle, the quotes are perfect, and the photo is too cute! Yep, this another fave.
I am so in love with this LO. Your doodling is so awesome. I love how and where you used those flower stamps. i just really love the entire design and the colors and matting. Mostly though, that picture is just devine!! Fav. Duh!! LOL
Love this layout.. So soft and sweet.. Really like the pictures you take from behind.. My family thinks I am nuts for keeping pictures taken from behind.. It just makes a person wonder when you look at them.. LOVE THIS!..
That is the cutest photo! Awesome LO- all your doodling- wow- so time-consuming, but definitely worth it! It looks fab! Love the soft colors/pp's you used!
My DGC, Allen and Helen Grace. I originally did this layout for a challenge at another site - using a photo of someone's children (One Picture - Many Layouts at Creative Scrappers). I realized after I'd scrapped it, that I could change the picture out and use this adorable photo I took of the children last year! All ppr are MME. I used a darker green cardstock to mat some of the pieces. The vine border is all hand doodled with a green pen. The "stitching" across the border strip was done by punching holes with my paper piercer and connecting the dots with a green zig pen. There is also some faux stitching around the dotted mat with a green pen. The border strip is also punched with a MS edge punch. The flowers across the middle are stamped (with 3 different flower stamps) in green on a transparency. The quotes are all double matted. The title quote reads:
Blessed are the children for theirs is a world of wonder.
The quote on the bottom: Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
Thanks so much for stopping by! :D
This layout is NOT crooked IRL...not sure why the border looks crooked! Sorry!
