I made this based on a Christmas wreath I saw on the CK website. I used 1/2"x6" strips of pp and curled them around a pencil. Then I hot-glued them to the foam base. I left some looser, I left some tight, and I looped some. The paper is shimmery. I LOVE how it turned out :)
