For the Scraplift the person before you. I lifted Arteshamac. I loved the large flag elements that she uses so often in her layouts so I chose one of them to lift. My daughter's costume had gold decorations on it, so I used a lot of gold glittery elements. I cut the tutu with Cricut and blinged it with Stickles. Also, there is an Anna Griffin swirl behind the title.
