OMG, same thing happened to me. I stopped by the shop one day to reschedule an appointment and my beautician had quite. She was close to getting her degree in nursing. I had asked when she was going to quit earlier and she said she was going to continue 1 day a week. I didn't think she could everything she thought she could so I had a plan. I DID NOT send her a card but I did wish her well.
