This card came out of my very own head! Maybe the cards that I've been making for the past two weeks are starting to rub off on me...

I've learned some things about card making. First - when you finish a layout, make a card right away with all the stuff you have sitting out. It's all put together, and you have the paper scraps right there, so if you do it right away, you'll have it done.

Second, and I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out, but you're not building a house. It's a freaking CARD. You're going to mail it to someone, so it doesn't have to be a bunch of fuss. It's the thought that counts, and if you have a thoughtful heart, it will come through in the cards you make.

Third. You don't NEED a card base to create a card. You can use card stock. Get it? CARD stock. Duh. I'm a complete moron.

This card doesn't actually have a white edge. That's the envelope that it's tucked into sitting behind it.
