This is a photo of my Mother and Father, Pearl and Charles, on a date before they were married. This was probably taken around 1957.

I used 49 and Market paper (Heirloom Botanicals, Tattered Garden, and Scents of Natute) and flowers for this layout. I made the woven mat by cutting strips of paper, distressing the edges of each strip, and then weaving them together. This is the first time I have done this but I really love how it turned out and will do it again. The love stamp is Kaisercraft and I embossed with silver embossing powder. I cut the fern leaves using my favorite Spellbinders die in a paper from cottage garden. I seem to cut these leaves from this particular paper a lot and they coordinate so well with other 49 and Market paper collections.

Thank you so much for looking. This Challenge inspired me to start doing layouts. This one is number 4! Now I am a true scrapper and totally addicted.
