Give a Cheer
I scraplifted a layout from Audrey Yeager over on YouTube when she presented a design for COAPA (link to her process video below). I used an orange piece of cardstock and black craft paint smudged around it to make a circle in the center. I used the Halloween cut file from Pear Tree and backed that with random scrap paper from my stash. Used a couple Tim Holtz stencils for the background and fussy cut some bats for an extra pop.
