I received the background as a freebie at a scrapbook expo this spring. It works perfectly with last fall's marching band show "Wanted: Dead or Alive". I created the 'awesome' piece with my cricut and an awl. I gave the stars more dimension by cutting 2 extra layers with scrap paper and gluing them together.
