Second to the last LO about these birds I promise! I was just so enamored by a pair of doves who chose my flower pot as their nesting place. The journaling reads:
Mourning doves are not known for their nest-building skills - clearly this pair cheated, using my flower pot! During the day, the male doves minds the nest and the female takes over at dusk. At 2 weeks, theyre nearly ready to fly away,
I had fun making the mixed media bit - I had watched a tutorial and went to town, Midway, I realized the tutorial was for an alcohol ink project I had in mind and no wonder the technique I started with wasnt working!
