Hide and Seek Fish Slimline Card

I just love this amazing underwater slimline paper pack that Whimsy created, there are so many gorgeous scenes. I opted for one of the landscape papers for this card and had the idea of using a fabulous slimline die set called Slimline Wobbly Windows from Whimsy to create a little caverns and caves type scene for the fish to swim through. I stamped the fish in Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide ink, then coloured the lime green areas with my Copic Markers. That adorable little seahorse comes from a Crissy Armstrong Stamp Set called Mermaid Moments. I thought he was cute playing hide and seek with the fish. I white heat embossed the sentiment so it showed well against the darker background, this sentiment is from another Whimsy Stamps Clear Set called Flight of the Butterflies. I also used a tiny 'bubbles' stamp to create a few air bubbles above two of the fish, to ground them in the scene. I used white pigment ink to stamp them. I find it's tiny details like this, that can really bring a scene together. I've used foam to pop up the diecut panel, creating differing heights for interest.
