This is for the gallery inspiration challenge round 2. I was given this layout by Jodi Baune to lift, http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/59132/view/3162121/-1.html. The twist this month was that it was to be a layout about me. After reading this thread here on SB.com,http://www.scrapbook.com/forums/showtopic.php?tid/1580591/, I decided to do this as a goal page to hang on the wall in my scraproom so I'll see it daily. A few years back, I lost a lot of weight, and have since put a bunch, not all, of it back on. I was not at my goal but I was so much happier then. I have decided that the picture I need to finish this layout is one of me when I get back down to where I was. The envelope contains my thoughts on this matter.
I loved the flow of Jodi's page, but I needed to do my own twist. So instead of a flower peaking out, I used a doily, and instead of the heart, I made the envelope.
I usually pass by ColorBok paper at Wal-Mart because it is so thin and just not my favorite. But one day while I was passing through, this paper just jumped out and grabbed me. It has just beautiful patterns.
Thanks for spreading positivity!
