  As far as reflling them: If they are dry you can inject denatured alcohol into them.
  Use a short a diabetic syringe and go through the nib into the body and slowly inject the alcohol. If the end of the nib turns white, that is okay, it will go away. The brush end is the easiest to fill in my mind. The fine point is difficult but can be done is patience is used. I bent more needles but got it to work.
