I have an eclipes and I would like to buy the Tim Holtz cartridges but I not sure about the stamps that go with them. Is this one of the stamp group that will go?

Yes, the stamp2cut cartridge #13 works with this stamp set. If you go to the Sizzix website, each stamp2cut cartridge description lists the CMS number of each stamp set that works with the cartridge.
