      Stickles dries completely hard and doesn't flake off when dry, it is never tacky when dry. The dry time varies depending how thick a layer you use. You can dab and smear/brush it on for a light glitter coat or use a thicker coat. You can write with it or make glitter dots by squeezing Stickles onto a craft sheet and letting them dry overnight then peel off. By: Ranger Ink (27-Oct-20) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
