How is vellum paper used? Someone said make pockets but it looks awful. Can I use my printer to print on it? It is so pretty but can't figure out what to do with it!

I use foil vellum to make dashboards for my planner. It also makes a great background for a scrapbook layout if you add a different color piece of paper underneath for contrast.
