I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to on this product. I was so excited to get my stencils and to be honest they are the worst stencils I have ever used. Thin and flimsy. Yes they attach to the precision press advanced, but a few of them, the holes do not line up so stencil does not lay flat and it bows up. Makes it hard to use. And the cut edges of the designs are actually sharp. You can only dab your color on as it ate up my sponge dauber if I even rubbed a little. I also, cut myself on one of them. Which totally surprised me. Most of us make A2 cards and they are square, so you have to use a larger piece of paper and cut it down after inking because if you use a 41/4 x 51/2 piece of paper you will get ink all over your pad. Not fun. Especially the wreath one, you have to make a large square card. The word stencils come with holes only on one side. I noticed in the videos everyone has the pegs on the bottom and right. I actually like the pegs across the top and left because i am a righty. So I have to stencil words upside down or change the position of my stamp platform which in turn puts pegs in the way of my hand as I stencil the words. That is awkward. So needless to say, I am disappointed. Would send them back but I already threw away the packaging.
I really wanted to love these. The idea was great but it was not made very well. The stencils were very thin and flimsy. I could deal with that but they would not lay flat. The holes did not line up correctly which means there is no way to use them correctly. I do not recommend these stencils.
I love them! They stay put with no tape. More please! 😁
