I tried to get a good impression several times with this stamp. I used different inks different papers and different methods of stamping but was not successful. Not impressed.

I'm very happy with this stamp and am glad I bought it. It will be good for mixed media and journaling. I will add the words, "Tempis Fugit," to the mix. (Time flies--I imagine fugit means flight and is the root word for, fugitive?) I like my Woodware stamps very much.
Like others on here, I have had difficulty stamping a sharp impression with this stamp. I used my stamping platform, a couple of different inks, and several different papers. The result was the same: a light impression, especially in the center of the stamp. It took stamping 4-5 times before I got a dark, crisp impression. I like the images on this stamp, but had I known the time it would require to get a good impression, I probably wouldn't have bought it.
Stamp is good quality, but I thought it was larger. I guess I should have looked closer at the description. Have not used stamp yet, but looking forward to using it creatively.
