Holiday fun without the glitter and kids stuff
I'm currently working on an Altered book of Christmas memories dating back to the beginning of last century. Although Christmas is a 'children's holiday' there are times when the bright cherry red and glaring kelly green aren't appropriate. I ordered the BeGood collection for it's faded, vintage, heritage look. The papers are great stock, each pattern more beautifully simple than the last, including my favorite, a distressed ruby red that looks like the lining of an old suitcase. Really gorgeous. The strip tease page and embellishments are simple but pretty, and the journalling cards are both inspirational (dreams, gift lists, traditions) and unique. I'd recommend this to anyone making Christmas pages that are a little more adult or heritage in nature. This pack is very sophisticated and artful.
