This Blue + Shimmer Tone-On-Tone Metallic Spray is from Hero Arts. This bottle includes a blend of metallic mica pigment and high-chroma dye in powder form. You can add water in varying amounts to create different intensities of color. This powder is designed with a rich dye base and coordinating shimmer in the same tone. This powder has a blue shimmer and creates effervescent backgrounds. This powder can be used for stencils and watercoloring. This powder is quick-drying and permanent when an optional fixative is applied. To avoid clogging the sprayer, before each use and prior to spraying, fully mix the mica powder by shaking the bottle from side to side, not up and down.
