I LOVE this little gadget - so handy, so portable, so affordable, so absolutely wonderful for taking your projects from "that's nice" to "Oh my GOSH, that is absolutely gorgeous!! Where did you find this (choose one: card, book, shirt, purse, pair of sneakers, cell phone slinky with my name on it, etc.)!!" I highly recommend purchasing the kit version instead of just the tool unless you're purchasing a backup (an excellent idea; I think I will!) - the kit is so chock-full o' stones! Did I mention I LOVE this thing? The only suggestion I would make would be to add a little wire 'kickstand' on future models to keep the tip elevated or the tool from accidentally rolling off your work surface. Also, I would add the little stone placement sticky stick to the kit. I would definitely remove the batteries if you're packing this tool for travel. I can just see my bag getting squashed by something else and accidentally sliding the switch and mashing the button - God forbid!! I will be making further purchases of this tool, this kit, and more stones in the near future. Thanks!
The i-rock tool is a must have if you:

I wasn't sure how much I would use it... but let me tell you, it is ADDICTIVE! Once you start affixing jewels and metal bling, ya can't stop! It is made to be very safe. The heat is only on when you push and hold the button, and cools down quickly when you let go. The smaller jewels affix in about 1 second. the largest jewels in about 30 seconds. The design options for home decor, scrapbooking, and clothing are endless!
WELL worth the money!
I LOVE my i-rock. Just give it a minute or two to heat up and then it only takes about 3-5 seconds per rock to melt it onto your page, fabric, jeans, paper, hats, kids shoes (or adult shoes), whatever!
My mistake was I just turned it to the "on" position and expected it to be super speedy. Give it a minute or two. It heats up as hot as a hot glue gun tip, but with correct supervision, my 4 year old neice was doing it all on her own!
This is one of those that I thought I didn't need.... but oh man, I know I need it now and wont ever be without one again! It's so much fun!

It will replace those expensive crystal flourishes for pennies on the dollar. Now you can make your own.

When this first came out, I wasn't too sure I really needed it. I'm not really a blingy scrapper. But once I started using it, I was totally hooked. It's so easy (and quick!) to add a little zing to embellishments and even to create your own flourishes, corners, etc. I love the impact that a few tiny crystals or studs can make on a layout or card. I find myself reaching for it on probably 90% of my projects. This little tool was the surprise of the year for me...I guess I'm blingier than I thought!
This is a fun little tool. I was able to effortlessly add bling to my daughter's birthday card in literally a few minutes. I wouldn't have added as much bling to that project if I hadn't had this tool because it would have taken too long and would have frustrated me, too!
The iRock is easy to use and works beautifully. As a nice little surprise, it comes in a clear zip pouch and a wonderful assortment of bling to add to your projects.
Totally cool product that I saw a friend use and wanted to have in my own collection. I used the jewels and stones on Christmas gifts and it was so easy! Caution: don't hold the heating tool on the jewels too long or extra glue comes up around the sides.
I bought the kit along with extra stones and jewels and four empty viles that I could store my "extras" from the kit in. I love this new tool and I can't wait to use it again!
What can I say. I bought this tool and thought maybe I would use it only every now and then. OMG I think I may use it on every project. It's does take some time to warm up. And a little tip, set up some jewel before you start because once you take your finger off the button the tip starts to cool and has to be heat up to the right temp again. If you leave your finger on the button then it only takes seconds to melt to glue.

I LOVE, lOvE, LoVe my I-Rock. It is so easy to use and adds such impact to a project. The gems come in a variety of colors and sizes and finishes. I also love how portable the tool is. I've taken it to a couple of crops and have actually been able to use it since it doesn't have a cord. And best of all, it is so inexpensive. You will NOT regret this purchase!
I love my i-rock tool! I love that I can not only bling up my pages were I want to add the crystals but that I can also add bling just about anything in minutes. The tip obviously gets hot since it's a heat setting tool but as long as you don't touch it with your finger while using your tool you won't have to worry about burns. I give it 5 stars!
