This package includes 10 sheets of 6" x 6" masking sheets. These sheets are designed by Lisa Horton for Lisa Horton Crafts and is part of her Craft Tools Collection. Masking sheets are thin sheets with a low tack, removable adhesive on one side. These sheets are great for holding dies to cardstock when you want to die cut an image to use as a mask. They protect areas you do not want colored when you are working with your crafting mediums (sold separately). These masking sheets are repositionable and can be used time and time again.
I tried this masking paper because I had heard it was thin. Masking is cleaner with thin masking paper, no white lines where the mask was thick. Anyway, this stuff is thin, it has that going for it. I could also see through this paper so if you are looking for masking paper where you can still see through it for a certain technique, this could be your stuff. But, it says low tack and that is not the case! It is hard to get from the backing but that is fine, nearly all masking paper worth its weight is a bit tough to remove from the backer, but this stuff is so sticky. It took the top layer of my paper off! When I use it again, which I will, don't think I'm going to toss it out, I will take more of the tack off of it by pressing it to my clothes before adhering it down.
