The cover of this book is a true 12 x 12 and 12 x 12 refill pages do not fit. The holes match up but the pages are 1/2 inch bigger than the cover of the book. The page that came with it are 11 1/2 inches square. I did find refill pages and pages with pockets for pictures made by the manufacturer of the book on Amazon but they are expensive. The pages with pockets hold 8 pictures instead of 12. If I decide to use them, I will have to buy more pages. This book is made by Pioneer. The next time I buy a scrapbook, I will made sure I do not get one by this manufacturer.
The memory book is great! The fabric cover is of high quality and will wear well. The pages are top-loading, so preventing loss if something comes loose. AND it's expandable! I will order more. (But the pages are not compatible with the old Creative Memories albums.)
Perfect color for a scrapbook I am making of my granddaughter's wedding.
