I had read a review for a competitor's brushes on Scrapbook.com and the reviewer said the other brushes were ok, but not of the quality of these brushes. These looked like foam to me, not brushes, but I trusted the opinion of the reviewer and ordered this smaller pkg. I would never use the tiny brushes in the bigger pkg. I went to town with my various inks (including Scrapbook.com's) and never would I have guessed the coverage and ease of use of these brushes! It is SO easy to get a rich stripe or a ombre effect on these! I am so happy with this purchase, can't wait to try out more classes on using them! Sidenote: I like the black handle much more than the white. Easier to clean up!

Finally a product that blends ink pretty flawlessly. I used several other products in the past and couldn't get a good blended look, it would be all splotchy. Love, love, love these blender brushes. And, I did recommend them to my sister and she got some also and loves them.

I've always been a fan of the domed fingertip daubers for inking card edges and backgrounds. Then I found the large domed daubers and loved them! Then I saw these brushes and had to try them. Needless to say the name says it all! These truly are life changing! I love that there are 10 different sizes for literally everything you could think of. My favorites are the second largest oval and the largest of the narrow brushes. I've used them to ink edges, create backgrounds and to ink stencils. I still haven't quite gotten the hang of the stencils but I'm having fun playing with them! The bristles are compact and soft, provide both a soft or a vibrant color, yet can be cleaned easily by rubbing them on a paper towel until the color is gone. There are no streaks from the edges of the brushes. I think these are my new go-to item for applying ink. I still love my daubers but I really like having these in my card-making arsenal!

I am a cardmaker, sponging ink is a favorite technique of mine. These brushes are so nice to blend colors. The handles are comfortable to hold and seem sturdy. It's important not to use too much pressure when layering colors. I wish I could afford to buy another set, the larger ones are my absolute favorites and I have taped a swatch of inked paper with the colors I use most often on to the handles. Thank you for having these on sale!
These brushes really are life changing! I thought they were sponge brushes, but they are actually brushes that are shaped like sponge brushes. They work beautifully for gently blending! Love them!!

I have just about every blending tool imaginable. Some work well if used properly & some do not. These brushes are like spreading butter. The control over the area and the depth of color desired is fabulous and so are the results. I really hesitated purchasing them..but the sale price convinced me to give it a try. So glad that I did. Great product!
I couldn't wait try out my new brush set and was so happy with the variety of sizes. The smaller brushes worked great in tight areas and the larger brushes provided beautiful coverage. I'm sure I will get a lot of use out of the set.
I can not say enough good things about the Picket Fence Studios Blender Brush Set. The blender's brushes are so soft and with a dab of paint or whatever mixed media you are using, they blend very well. With the various sizes, you can use them for all size projects. When you are finished, I have been using just water to clean the paint out and they become clean fast and dry quickly. They stay very soft. Very happy with this purchase.

If these brushes can be used with gelatos and crayons don't they need to be washed to go back to pan pastels?

I personally will so as not to risk cross pollination if you will between the mediums.
