Xyron's Adhesive Tape Refill Cartridge contains 100 feet of 1/2 inch wide Acid-Free Dot-Matrix Permanent Adhesive. These adhesive dots are strong and hold tight, yet do not have a sling like solid tape runners! The cartridges are super-easy to load and very light. This particular refill cartridge is for the Mega Runner Tape Gun (item # pp-xy-0701-05-00), which is sold separately at Scrapbook.com. Stick with it!
Be careful when you buy the Xyron Mega refills. I ordered some refills from Scrapbook.com and they are great. They are 1/2 inch lines of adhesive. I then ordered refills from another company. They are only 1/4 inch lines of adhesive. I didn't realize the difference. The 1/2 inch adhesive from Scrapbook.com is better....
These cartridges are so easy to load. It just drops right in.
I'm so happy with this new mega runner. The adhesive is super strong and easy to use. The mega runner gun holds a lot of adhesive but it's not overwhelming or uncomfortable in your hand. You will love it!

The Xyron Megarunner refill I received fits my Teresa Collins pink version exactly. I like the light weight and ease of handling of this product and the adhesive is the best I have used.
I love my Xyron mega runner better than any other! I love the wider adhesive because it is easier to use and you use less overall.

I have tried to find refill for Anna Griffin Mega Runna and the smaller tape dispenser. Would this Xyron fit

I can't help you. I don't even have that kind of tape runner. Have you tried contacting HSN. They carry a lot of Anna Griffin products. They might carry the refills.
