Why I gave it three stars is because there is a slight design flaw in the mould when trying to make the larger sunflower petals. There is an area that is very thin and very prone to breaking when it is being demoulded. I’ve tried the mound with polymer clay which is the least prone to breaking, plaster of Paris which is pretty fragile and an air dry paper clay which is hit or miss when pushing out the mould. I have not yet tried casting resin which will be my next material I use. Otherwise it’s a pretty mould.
Beautiful design for anyone who loves sunflowers! As I'm a beginner, I am still learning all the options available to me with molds. This one is perfect to experiment with!
