This 12 pack of Distress Embossing Glaze is designed by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink. This embossing glaze features 12 of the older colors that did not have the embossing glaze available. These jars contain 0.49 ounces of embossing glaze that not only adds dimension when heated but is translucent as well. This glaze is perfect for layering on a variety of surfaces. This glaze can be used with the Distress Embossing Pad, Embossing Dabber, and Embossing Pens (all sold separately). This glaze can be used on cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, art journals, and other paper crafting and mixed media projects. The colors in this pack include Abandoned Coral, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Crushed Olive, Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, Chipped Sapphire, Seedless Preserves, Aged Mahogany, Bundled Sage, and Pumice Stone. These embossing glazes are made in the USA.
The colour is a delight but better than that use it to enhance or modify an underlying colour. I was most pleasantly surprised by the quality because this glaze has a more glass-like finish than most. Emboss once more over the previous embossing and it's a still lake of glossy goodness.

This speckled egg embossing glaze is one item in a whole set of speckled egg color by Tim Holtz. I love love love the color, one of Tim's best. I do highly recommend this embossing glaze.

Just used this embossing glaze on vellum and am very pleased with the results. As this is a very fine powder, I am looking forward to using it with finely detailed images.
