Hi! I just started trying out alcohol inks. I bought some alcohol pearls and this yupo paper. Unlike the videos that i have seen, my alcohol inks did not bloom at all? Thank you.

You need to use rubbing alcohol (91%or higher) and/or alcohol ink blending solution
