This speckled egg embossing glaze is one item in a whole set of speckled egg color by Tim Holtz. I love love love the color, one of Tim's best. I do highly recommend this embossing glaze.
Speckled egg is fantastic. Beautiful colour to combine with other distress colours.
The colour is a delight but better than that use it to enhance or modify an underlying colour. I was most pleasantly surprised by the quality because this glaze has a more glass-like finish than most. Emboss once more over the previous embossing and it's a still lake of glossy goodness.
I've been putting this stuff on everything just to see what it will do. I've been having so much fun. I love how it wakes up the color you put it on.
This glaze is so pretty when used over the Distress ink color Speckled Egg. Makes a beautiful tone on tone look.
Just used this embossing glaze on vellum and am very pleased with the results. As this is a very fine powder, I am looking forward to using it with finely detailed images.

Hello. To use Tim Holtz Distress Embossing Glaze, you apply it much like traditional embossing powder with an embossing ink, but the key difference is its translucency. Because it is see-through, it allows stamped details, colors, or textures beneath it to remain visible while adding a tinted, shiny finish after heating.
