Scrapbook.com ships immediately! That is a rare quality and much appreciated! The Sizzix Big Shot came well packaged and easy to start crafting with. It makes nice sharp die cuts and gorgeous embossing with the 3D or regular folders. Sometimes the sandwich doesn’t work, so I improvised with heavy cardstock, etc to get beautiful cuts and embossing. I’m very happy with my choice:-).

I couldn't pass up this Sizzix bundle. The price is right. I use the Big Shot for all of my die cutting. It's easy to use and the nice part is that you get a "sandwich" guide in this bundle that helps you determine which tabs to use on the platform based on the die or embossing folder, etc. It was also a plus to get a set of dies too!

I have been scrapbooking for about a year without anything to make shapes for me. Finally I started buying punches (getting expensive) or cutting things out by hand was time consuming & not very professional looking. This cuts flawlessly! It was so worth the money. Good product, however, Scrapbook.com needs to pack product better before shipping order. Package was damaged. Received product in damaged box (hole in side of box). If there would have been any smaller items in box; these items surely would have been lost through the damaged area of the box. Thankfully, Sizzix Big Shot Machine was the only item in box.

Sadly, the Cuttlebug I had and loved has been discontinued, and I need a replacement machine. Would the Big Shot be a good choice? I have a great many dies and embossing folders for making A2 sized greeting cards, and would want a machine compatible with materials from different manufacturers. Thanks in advance for any and all helpful advice and comments.
