Shimmerz Blingz are just like Shimmerz which are highly iridescent water-based paints. They are non-toxic, quick drying and will stick to nearly any surface (even glossy or non-porous surfaces). Shimmerz Blingz have more sparkle and have a bit thicker consistency (think Shimmerz on steroids!). 1/4 oz. jar.
