Are these pearls affixed to the sheet separately or are they all on one main sticky sheet? Do they pop off with a pick tool, sticky on the back - as they should be? I got some at Michaels and they are useless. If you can cut or pop the pearl off, it's not sticky on the back. 
Hey there Janet, the sheet of pearls I recieved were individually sticky,but, big big big ol but, you need patience to remove each successfully. 6 or 7 out of 10 came off the sheet but left the adhesive behind. Annoying but still serviceable. I always use multi-medium matte (Ranger brand) to adhere embellishments now since that one Christmas all my card recipients recieved envelopes full of loose sequins. Bwah wahhhhh...anyway,hope this helps,best of luck to you!
