These dies cut lovely trees. I have found that using the fabric softener sheets as backing under the paper makes cutting so much easier to separate the cuts from the cutout parts. Anyone having problems with tearing and annoying task of separation will find the fabric softener sheet method a real solution. I have found that it does take a 4-ply layer to work best. I hope this helps others.

When I receive these and tried them out I was absolutely amazed at the intricacy on them. These are awesome dies for a tree of this type. They make wonderful cards. I would highly recommend this die for someone that needs trees for anything. Love them
Love, love, love these dies. I had a card making open house recently and used these dies for one of the twelve cards that the attendees made.. The card was a big hit. The die cut nicely for me, making it a joy to use.
I'm so happy to have these pines! They are beautifully detailed. I won't limit them to just winter scenes, either! Will color, paint or ink them in to use with some scenic stamp sets. Will experiment with layering. Glad I have these beautiful trees.
I absolutely love the Die. I have used it to make my Christmas cards this year. I hope to make a lot of masculine cards along the way. I have told a friend, she also wants it, but is back ordered at this time. I purchased it at a great price.

I recently purchased the trees, have been wanting them for quite awhile and I just purchased my first Big Shot. I have been making cards for years and now looking forward to doing the cards a little differently. My question regarding the thin cut-out's....what is best and easiest way to attach them to cardstock neatly?

I use either Best Ever Glue or my Xyron. If the tip on the glue isn't fine enough for you, you can buy a fine tip that will fit it. They are by ScraPerfect and
I am new to die cutting. I will be buying my first Big Shot shortly. I see someone commented on using waxpaper, I imagine for backing while cutting. Does it help to keep the cut designs from sticking, not releasing??

Yes, especially for the more intricate dies, it helps to separate paper from the die.

I use a Cuttlebug and these dies work just fine. You might need to put an extra sheet or two of cardstock into your sandwich, or add some wax paper to help in releasing the cuts. Just do a little exploring.
