Your creative projects are going to shape up nicely when you use the Stacked Tiles Triangles Thinlits Die Set designed by Tim Holtz for Sizzix. Included in the set are 25 thin metal dies that are compatible with the BIGkick, Big Shot, and Vagabond machines (sold separately). The dies are designed to cut, emboss or stencil a single sheet of cardstock, paper, metallic foil or vellum.
I already had the hexagons, and I really could have used these squares last week. I've been wanting to get these layering sets, but I couldn't get them all at once. However I was fortunate and had the opportunity to get the remaining sets, so I placed the order and they just arrived. Really handy for multiple cuts of the same size in one pass instead of many. I know the squares and rectangles can be cut easily enough without dies, but these sets are lifesavers for time and effort. Plus, these Triangles are another must have in the stash, especially for me since I have a wonderful set of retro Christmas tree stamps these are going to compliment.
I'd heard Tim Holtz say during the Rectangles release that Sizzix was already getting ready to retire one or two of the earlier sets, so my order got all of them before they disappear. I'm set for now.
I wish Sizzix wouldn't retire die sets so quickly, especially nesting and layering dies, some kind of which I go to all the time. I cannot always get the dies I want based on my fixed income. I usually have to save up. Glad I got these sets.

These dies seem so plain at first, but they are so versatile! You can create various shapes, or nest them together when cutting to create amazing outlines or windows! These triangles also make the perfect pennants for mini banners. I will be buying each shape of the Stacked Tiles dies!

I like this die set a lot. I like the sizes of them and am so pleased with this purchase. I like the proportions of the dies and they will make some good Christmas trees for next Christmas, which is what I was hoping for.
