Happy to find a clear embossing ink pad that is moist and leaves a nice wet image so the embossing powder will stick.

I have updated my review to 5 stars and would recommend this product to a friend.
Sizzix contacted me about my issue. They sent me a new Heat Tool. This Heat Tool is fitting my sockets. Their customer service was excellent.
The Heating Tool is excellent! It is comfortable in the hands and easy to reach the switch when holding it. It heats up quickly and cools down quickly. It is not heavy and bulky.
I would recommend this tool and Sizzix, in general. I do use their Big Shot Plus, and love it.
Sizzix did not require or ask me to update this review. This is the right thing to do. I was just going to delete the old and do a new one, but I wanted to show the customer service provided.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I am not happy with this heat tool. It has the wide and narrow end prongs so it cannot be inserted wrong. No problem with that, usually. Well, the wide side will go in just fine. I can feel it trying to continue when the narrow side will not. The narrow end will not go into the socket. It is too wide. I held it next to one that fits and it is a fraction wider, just enough so it will not fit into the socket. I do not know why mine was improperly made, but I can't believe they all are because other people can use theirs. Extremely disappointing.
I have to find another brand to use as this one is useless to me. Wasted my money.
For the record, other plugs fit into our sockets just fine, this is the only item that will not fit my sockets. Yes, I have been trying to insert it properly, and into other sockets. I do know how to insert a plug. I will not buy another electric Sizzix item.
If I could give it zero stars, I would have.

I'm sorry to say I did not receive this. I received the one mentioned the back in the black casing but I ordered an extra one in the white case in which I did not receive.

Perfect size for embossing rollers, and don't have to press really hard to get the ink. I will be looking for the refill for this one!

As with other Sizzix products, this is also a winner. It has a nice consistency for heat embossing.
