    HUGE (06 February 2018)

60 Akers take up a LOT less space than this product, as it is HUGE & CUMBERSOME! Craft / studio space is nearly ALWAYS at a premium and this is just a WASTE of precious space! No, I would NOT recommend this item!

    a VERY EXPENSIVE Investment. .... (07 December 2017)

That might as well have been flushed down the toilet! I purchased all 64 mini ink cubes and not a SINGLE ONE produced a solid & complete one inch square of color when stamped (press & twist) on smooth Neenah 110# cardstock!
I was so very disappointed that I contacted BOTH TIM Holtz and RANGER Customer Service and sent photos documenting the HORRENDOUS quality of the products that I received. It was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher. After wasting an additional $10.00, the quality was just as poor as it had been initially.
I was utterly dismayed by the rude, arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received from customer service. Rather that admitting to the possibility that I had indeed received a defective batch of products, Ranger decided to go on the offensive stating that I was using their products incorrectly! SERIOUSLY???
I was under the (obviously mistaken) impression that the role of a customer service department was meant to HELP its customers as opposed to insulting them! The ink pads that I have are totally useless! An incredible waste of money!
And now, having gone through the mean & hurtful responses of Ranger's customer service representative I will be avoiding both their line of products as well as the Tim Holtz line (as even he didn't step in to help) so as to never have to deal with such callous disregard again!!!
I truly AWFUL (and expensive) experience!!!!!

    UTTERLY USELESS. ...... (07 December 2017)

Not ONE single cube, of the 64 mini ink cubes that I purchased (and a considerable investment it was) produced a complete & solid one inch square of color when stamped (press & twist) on smooth Neenah 110# cardstock!
I was so disappointed that I contacted BOTH TIM Holtz and Ranger Customer Service and provided them with photos documenting the defective products that I received. It was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher, which I did, thus wasting an additional $10.00. The results of the ink cubes did NOT improve.
I found Ranger Customer service to be rude, arrogant, unprofessional and EXTREMELY disrespectful especially given the fact that rather than even hinting at the fact that I had a defective batch of products, they went on the offense stating that I was obviously NOT using their product correctly! SERIOUSLY? That is how you chose to treat a PAYING customer?
I guess being hurtful to a customer who spent approximately $200.00 on their product line was just all in a days work!
I have NEVER been treated so callously by a company like this in my life. And not wanting to EVER repeat this mean, hurtful & unpleasant experience, I will NOT be purchasing anything from EITHER line of products from either Tim Holtz or Ranger.

    A WASTE of MONEY....... (07 December 2017)

Having purchased all 64 mini ink cubes, which was quite an investment, I was EXTREMELY disappointed to discover that not a SINGLE cube produced a complete & solid one inch square of color when stamped (press & twist) on smooth Neenah 110# cardstock. This was documented by photos that I sent to BOTH Tim Holtz and Ranger Customer Service. It was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher, which I did, thus wasting an additional $10.00 and the quality did NOT improve.
So, imagine my dismay when Ranger Customer Service, rather than admitting to the fact that I obviously had a defective batch of product, went on the offense and stated that I was using the product incorrectly! REALLY???
I found Ranger Customer Service to be rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and as mentioned, insulting!
For Ranger to treat a PAYING customer in such a manner was a complete & total shock! Not wanting to ever repeat experinencing this hurtful & mean type of treatment, I for one will be staying clear of ALL Ranger products in the future. Belittling a customer, as opposed to trying to remedy the situation that in fact defective merchandise occurs, is obviously their policy!

    Complete JUNK...... (07 December 2017)

Having purchased all 64 mini cubes, at a substantial investment on y part, I was extremely disappointed to discover that not a SINGLE cube produce a complete & solid one inch square of color!
I contacted BOTH Tim Holtz and Ranger Customer Service with photos of all 64 colors stamped (press & twist) on smooth Neenah 110# cardstock. All produced HORRIBLE results! It was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher, which I did, thus wasting another $10.00. The results did NOT improve!
I found customer service to be rude, arrogant, unprofessional & disrespectful! They stated that I was using their products incorrectly! SERIOUSLY?
The fact that a company's customer service department would insult a PAYING customer as opposed to admitting that I had a defective batch of products is not only amazing to me , but very hurtful on a personal level. This was certainly NOT what I expected from either Tim Holtz or the Ranger Company!!!

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. ...... (07 December 2017)

After having purchased all 64 mini ink cubes, which was a considerable investment, I was disappointed that NOT a single cube produced a complete & solid one inch square of color!
I contacted BOTH Tim Holtz and Ranger Customer Service and provided them with photos of every color stamped (press & twist) on solid Neenah 110# cardstock.
It was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher, which I did, thus wasting another $10.00. This did absolutely NOTHING to IMPROVE the quality of the ink cubes!
So, rather than admitting that I had a defective batch, customer service boldly insulted me stating that I was NOT using their products correctly!
Needless to say, I found their customer service to be rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Nothing like a company that stands behind their product regardless of insulting a PAYING customer! ! !

    Complete JUNK...... (07 December 2017)

I made a significant investment by purchasing all 64 mini ink cubes. Not a single one will stamp a complete & solid one inch square!!!
I was so disappointed that I contacted BOTH Tim Holtz and Ranger Customer Service. It was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher, which I did (wasting and additional $10.00) as this did NOTHING to improve the situation. I sent photos of all 64 colors stamped (press & twist) on smooth Neenah 110# cardstock.
Customer service responded by stating that I was using their products incorrectly! REALLY??? I found their attitude and correspondence to be rude, arrogant, unprofessional and insulting.
The photos that I sent clearly demonstrate a defective batch of products, yet insulting a PAYING customer was their resolution to the matter!
    WONDERFUL company policy! ! !

    AN AWFUL PRODUCT. ...... (07 December 2017)

As evidenced by the fact that I made a considerable investment by purchasing all 64 mini ink cubes and not a single one work properly as evidenced by the photos I sent to BOTH Tim Holtz and Ranger Customer Service. First it was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher, which I did, thus wasting an additional $10.00. Then customer service had the audacity to state that I was using the product incorrectly! SERIOUSLY? The photos that I sent were all stamped (press & twist) on smooth Neenah 110# cardstock. Not a single cube produce solid uniform coverage!!!
So customer service, rather than admitting that these were a defective product batch chose instead to insult my capabilities in using (or more accurately, incorrectly using) their product. I guess a good defense starts (and ends) with mean offense.
Ranger has made no plans to replace these expensive worthless items!
Maybe customer service should be renamed "Protect the Company" at all costs, regardless of how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful they go about it!

    a VERY EXPENSIVE Investment. .... (07 December 2017)

That now resides in the garbage as these mini ink cubes, and yes, I (made the mistake of purchasing all 64) do NOT stamp even the small ONE INCH square fully. Meaning that I pressed and twisted and got "speckles" (for lack of a better word.
I contacted BOTH Tim Holtz and Ranger Customer service and it was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher. I did......another waste of $10.00 as this did NOTHING to improve the situation. I provided photos of ALL 64 colors stamped onto smooth Neenah 110# cardstock. The end result was that customer service was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional & disrespectful, stating that I was using the product incorrectly as opposed to just admitting that I received defective products! If you can not honestly defend a true and proper WORKING product, by all means, go on the defensive and insult a PAYING customer! ! !
Not a company I would chose to do business with given this response!!!

    ABSOLUTELY JUNK (07 December 2017)

Read previous reviews as I made the HUGE & COSTLY mistake of purchasing all 64 mini ink cubes. Not a SINGLE ONE stamped correctly from the very first try even though they have always been in an air tight container.
I contacted BOTH Tim Holtz as well as Ranger Customer Service. I provided them photos of all the colors stamped on smooth Neenah 110# cardstock. Not a SINGLE one produced a solid "stamped" 1 inch square even after wasting an additional $10.00 for the Distress Ink Refresher, as was suggested.
Customer service was EXCEPTIONALLY rude, unprofessional & disrespectful to suggest that a PAYING customer was merely using the product "wrong" as opposed to admiring to a defective product batch!
This is NOT a company I would ever want to do business with again! Save your hard earned money and your sanity!

EXCEPTIONALLY poor Products (07 December 2017)

And even WORSE customer service. I made a significant investment by purchasing all 64 mini ink cubes. The have always been stored in an airtight container, though given the fact that they NEVER worked from the first try, I had no where else to store them.
I contacted BOTH Tim Holtz and Ranger Customer Service, with photos of all ink pads "stamped" (though that is truly a misnomer as NONE of the inks covered that small ONE inch by ONE inch area of smooth Neenah 110# cardstock ). It was suggested that I try the Distress Ink Refresher. .....I did....another waste of $10.00! Same, if not worse results!
Customer service was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful stating that I was using the products incorrectly! SERIOUSLY? Press and twist.......NOTHING BUT A BLOTCHY INCOMPLETE AREA. .......forget trying to blend something that isn't there. ....namely INK!
Blaming the customer as opposed to correcting what was truly a defective product batch is just WRONG, on so very many levels!
Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these products and the LARGE amount of money you will be wasting!
