Love this paper!!!! (15 May 2008)

Oh my goodness! I just opened my pack of Graphic 45 paper. I ordered 2 of each paper and I LOVE IT!!!!! This paper is so beautiful that I have a new dilemma in that I dont want to use it. I just want to look at it.

I love this ruler. I have a habit of just "eyeballing" where I put the pictures etc. on my pages and when I get all finished, of course, when I stand back and look, it is all off center. One side of this ruler is a regular ruler with regular markings and the other side has a zero in the middle and marks the inches off from each side of the zero so you can tell where the exact center of your layout is. It is very handy. It also has cork on the back so it wont slide around when you are using it.

Love this paper (14 July 2007)

I absolutley love this Vagabond paper. It is so versatile. It is wonderful for masculine pages but looks great for girl pages too. I use it a lot on the vintage and heritage layouts. I try not to repeat papers too often but this fits in with everything and I have actually re-ordered it a couple of times and used it on many pages. It has become a staple in my paper stash, and I keep it on hand all the time.

Easy to use (13 July 2007)

I like to use the chalks on my vintage pages. You can use them to distress the edges of papers. I have even used them to change the color of a paper just a little bit by lightly brushing the chalk over the entire paper. The chalk stays put and doesnt rub off. The best thing about it though, is if you make a mistake, you can just erase it and start over. I rated it a four because the only down side, if there is one, is that you have to be careul not to drop the box because the chalks can fall out and break.

clear stamp blocks (12 July 2007)

I always admired the layouts that had a lot of stamping on them. I tried it a few times with poor results because I could never see where the stamp was landing on the paper. I never got the letters lined up correctly and sometimes the ink wouldnt be dark enough and I was tempted to re-stamp to make it more clear. This always ended up badly. The clear stamp blocks have changed the way I stamp. With the clear stamp block you can see exactly where your stamp will end up on the paper. You can stamp over the original stamp and it will line up perfectly. You can line your letters up perfectly on the block instead of on the paper. It makes all the difference in the world.

This holds up well. (11 July 2007)

I use a lot of eyelets on my layouts. I have tried other eyelet setters and none of them lasted very long. I dont like to use the hammer because it can get painful! I have had my Making Memories eyelet setter for over a year and it still works as well as the first time I used it. It is very sturdy. I have used it to punch through chipboard and book boards. There are three different sizes of punches. It comes with its own little mat to protect whatever you are punching on top of. I like the little tin that it comes in, makes it easy to keep all the parts in one place. Another one of my "cant do without tools".

Love this file set! (11 July 2007)

I was so excited to see this file set in the Superstore. I love chipboard and I use it a lot. I especially like to cover the chipboard with paper. No matter how close I got to the chipboard with my razor knife, I still had rough edges and little ragged pieces in the tight corners of the chipboard letters and shapes. This file set has been a life saver. It has several different shapes of files and two emery boards. Now I am able to get into the tightest corners and spaces and the chipboard shapes come out smooth. I would call this one of the tools I wouldn't want to live without.
