I'm using this card stock for old pictures: late 1800s to 1940s and the mere weight of the stock is going to keep the pictures flat. I attached the pictures with self adhesive corners and then put the whole page in a protective sheet. I think the pictures are safe!

These corners are a little hard for me to work with because of arthritis in my hands, but after half an hour, I got the hang of it. The adhesive is very strong. I only wish the corners were a little bit larger.

I can only say that these seem very well made. The proof is in how they hold up over the long run. I have put precious old pictures (late 1800s to 1940s) under these sheets. I hope they are truly "protected".
