The MISTI Grid Paper Pad is by My Sweet Petunia and measures 6.5" x 8.5". This custom Grid Paper Pad is designed for use with the MISTI (Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented), sold separately. Included in the package is one paper pad that includes 40 sheets of 50 lb. paper. The paper measures approximately 6.5" x 8.5" and features 1/4" grid lines.
Well if you read my post about the Misti mini you'll know that I'm in love withe Misti Mini. I actually ordered the wrong size grid paper but after using the Misti Mini I decided almost instantly that I would be buying the original full size Misti. So not a loss...The mini came with a pad of grid paper , so all I did was cut a few pieces to size.

I ordered the 6 x 4.75 grid paper on my order and it shows that way on my packing slip but when you look on the order above it shows I ordered the 6.5 x 8.5 grid paper. My original order showed the smaller size but I received the larger one in the order with my mini misti. I need to have the smaller size. I don't know how it got mixed up but I need to get the right size. Thank you for your trouble, however, what I ordered and what I got are two different things. Thank you for taking care of this matter, it is much appreciated.

When I ordered the Grid Paper Pad, I did not realize I could use the mouse pad instead. It can be cleaned and used over and over again rather than throwing away each sheet of the paper pad after it becomes soiled. I have not yet ordered the mouse pad but plan on doing so in the near future.
I love the smaller grid lines. I laminated a page so that I can wipe off ink smudges and re-use the same page numerous times. Great invention!
The product is good, except I ordered the wrong size grid papaer pad. I ordered and received 6.5 x 8.5 Grid paper pad. I have the Mini Misti and the paper pad size for that is 6" x 4 3/4".
Rather than send it back, I will cut it to size when I need it.
I like using grid paper in my misty to layout the stamps for my cards. I stamp on the grid paper and can make any changes or adjustments. A very useful produce.

What is the purpose of the grid paper?

The grid paper helps with stamp placement and any ink overages or smears.
