I bought two of these for my growing supply of Distress Oxide Ink Pads and could not be happier with them. They are solidly constructed and the inner plastic grid holds the ink pads firmly in place with the lids securely fastened. I love that the tins stack neatly on top of each other too! Such an improvement on how I was storing these ink pads. Highly recommended!

These storage tins from Tim Holtz & Ranger are perfect! I really like that they hold 15 ink pads and are portable. I can stack them when I have them at home or I can grab one and go to a class or workshop. If you are searching for storage options for your Distress Inks/Oxides, these will not disappoint.

I was needing some holders for all my Distress Oxide Inks. This finally fit my needs. Each box hold 15 inks in little slots (removable if wanted) in a vertical position. I label all mine on the side so I can see what color I am looking for. The slots hold the cover on tightly but allows the blending pad I velcroed to the back to stay on with no problem. The clear window top allows one to see what inks are in each box.

Now the color families can be stored together and lids do not have to be rubber banded on each color. Great addition to my card making hobby.

I am so happy that Ranger finally came out with these tins. It makes storing so much easier. Takes up less space no matter where I store the tins. I love the storage tins.

My craft room is limited in space and as I accumulate more product it's become more evident I needed to do something about it. The solution to the biggest problem was the Distress Oxide collection of ink pads. Previously I had them all in a shoe box and had to dig through them to find the colors I wanted. Now, I can see the colors through the clear top of the storage tin, it took 4 tins, but it is so worth it and stacks nicely in my craft closet ready for use, and I'll probably use them more since they're easier to see.
I can’t put into words how great these storage tins are. I am so happy with my purchase. I was keeping my ink pads in a small rickety fiberboard stand. These are so awesome because they are off my desk now but still close enough to reach easily

3 of the 6 were dented. They don't look great But the product is great for distress inks and oxides.

There is a plastic liner insert which is molded to fit each ink pad separately, so you can fit any number between one and fifteen. The liner holds each pad snuggly so they stay in place; the lids will not come off.

There is a plastic liner that holds all of the inks in individually and this also holds the lids on. Hope this helps!

You can use the the Distress Tin for many things if you take out the insert however, this tin is meant for storing the 3" sized Distress Ink Pads. You could store the minis by removing this tray and stacking them but they wouldn't fit 100% snug as this tin was meant for the large size pads and the mini lids may come off if they shift in transit etc...

For distress oxides, I thought they leaked when stored on their sides? I have had some leak when on their side. It is a dark ink that leaks. HOw can the storage tins be okay when putting the Oxides on their side? I want to use them but I do not want leaky Oxides pads. Thank you.

You can store the tin so the Oxides lie flat as opposed to their side if you are having issues with juicy Oxide Pads.
