Tim Holtz makes some amazing products and this new color is just as high quality as his other colors and products. This color is gorgeous and I love that it is a bit of a chameleon--it changes a bit (more blue or more green) depending on what color you paint it over and what other colors you pair it with in your project.

Distress colors are rich and vibrant. There are no other colors like them. I’ve used them for collage backgrounds in the past and they worked beautifully. But, having forgotten how extremely fluid they are, I bought Speckled Egg and Crackling Campfire because I couldn’t resist. ;o) I tried everything to get them to work on my gel plate. Tried Pinterest suggestions, watched a few videos, tried mixing them w PaperArtsy Fresco Finish. They just bead up on the gel plate. I was so disappointed.
This color is beautiful and the paint works well on fabric. It is permanent when dried and Is still flexible.
Tim Holtz has quality products that last & last. This color is dreamy & a must have in your artists arsenal.
