Like that they are interesting and shapes and that some layering effects can be created. I am not great at visuallising so I had thought the dies would be a little bigger in dimensions than the actual, but that would be just the way I looked at the product. Great for adding little finishing embellishment detailing

These thinlits dies are so cute! Sometimes I just need a little extra as I love layering on my cards. Tim Holtz has done a great job thinking about the little things that make a big difference in paper crafting.
There is a great variety of shapes in this collection for both cards and embellishing layouts.
This set is a must for anyone. There are so many different sizes of dies that will fit almost every stamped sentiment. 17 dies in total and just love all the different styles. Cannot believe I have crafted so long without these!

I love surprises in the mail, and although I ordered the Tim Holtz Thinlet Dies I didn't think I'd really get them before Christmas - Surprise #1.
I did read the individual die sizes, but I'm more of a visual person and was gob-smacked they are perfect sizes for my card making - Surprise #2.
Looking at them on my desk today I realized I can make them into Christmas tags for my local Homeless Shelter Charity Tree. Cut Christmas colour paper, stamp/decorate edges and write messages or wishes - Surprise #3.

These are just what I was looking for to create and cut my own phrases and sentiments. They cut and embossed perfectly in my Cutterbug machine with no special prep. I will buy other Thinlits Dies in the future. These Dies are the right size to most labels.
I'm completely happy with this collection. It solves the problem of what to put on the front of cards of say Happy Birthday, etc. The sizes are perfect & you can't beat the price--$18.99. That's like $1.18 each. Where can you buy a die for that!!!

The different die cut shapes measure approximately size: 1 1/2" x 1/2" - 3 1/4" x 4 1/4".

Will die labels work with sizzix sidekick?

The dies range in size from approximately: 1.5" x 0.5" - 3.25" x 4.25" so while some of them will work in the Sidekick, not all will. Hope this helps!
