The Standard Platform (also known as a cutting mat) by Sizzix is designed for use with the Big Shot Plus Machine (sold separately) and is constructed of polypropylene plastic. With this, you can use Textured Impressions Plus and Texturz Texture Plates with the Big Shot Plus Machine.
I really do like by Big Shot Plus by Sizzix! I have: 01) The Big Shot Plus Machine; 02) The Big Shot Plus Platform; 03) Big Shot Plus Adapter A; Big Shot Plus Adapter B; 04) The Big Shot Plus Cutting Pads. I WISH that I had the Magnetic Platform and the silicone rubber and impressions pad Texturz accessories.
Meanwhile, I get a LOT done with my Big Shot Plus. I never have to worry about size limitations for any project. I do a LOT of greeting cards and this machine will do just about anything that I can imagine. I highly recommend this machine and hope that you will add as many accessories as possible . . . How long is this platform can I use it to cut a 12 in h die without moving the die up or down

This platform is for the Big Shot Plus machine and is approximately 15" x 8 7/8" x 1/2". Hope this helps!

Is this the standard platform to use with big shot? Before the multi-platform plate was used is this the platform that was used in the big shot?
