  Good quality, shiny

  I will say this is good quality, good price. However, the actual color is not what you see anywhere you buy it. Since it is iridescent you have to turn it just the right way to see this color. Most of the time it looks like a light icy blue, no aqua like the photo. They need to add extra photos in different light to show this.
