Description & Details

Are you a new stamper or a seasoned stamper looking for a must-have upgrade to your stamping game? Then say hello to the perfect stamping supplies you simply must have in your stash! This Perfect Clear Acrylic Stamp Block Kit has three perfect sizes of blocks for your next project.

Contents: One small acrylic stamp block, one medium acrylic stamp block, and one large acrylic stamp block

Sizes:

  • Small acrylic block measures 3.125" x 2" x 0.75"
  • Medium acrylic block measures 3.5" x 2.75" x 0.75"
  • Large acrylic block measures 6.25" x 3.5" x 0.75"

These sturdy, crystal clear tools were designed by stampers for stampers. They have super helpful alignment grid lines that are etched right into the clear acrylic so that your sentiments and images line up every time. It also means those lines are never going away - they're there to stay!

These blocks are also thicker than most other stamping blocks on the market. It makes them easier to grip and hold so you don't accidentally drop an inked up stamp on your project or get ink smeared while you're stamping. It also means your hands and fingers stay ink free! Don't stress the mess because your project is smudge-free!

Compatible With:

  • Acrylic stamps
  • Photopolymer stamps
  • Cling mounted rubber stamps

Instructions for Use:

  • Select a block that is slightly larger than the stamp you've chosen to work with.
  • Press the smooth side of the cling or clear stamp onto the block so the stamp etching is facing outward.
  • Use the alignment grid lines to center your stamp for perfect placement.
  • With the stamp facing up, lightly dab your ink pad along the stamp several times until it is well coated.
  • Pick up the acrylic stamp block, flip it over, and stamp firmly down on your project. Apply good pressure for the best transfer.
  • When you're finished, clean your stamp with stamp cleaner or a shammy. Then remove the stamp from the block and store for next time!

The sizes included in this bundle are true staples for an avid stamper. The small and medium rectangles will always be out on your work surface ready for one stamp after another. A majority of popular stamp sets include images and sentiments that are just the right size for these PERFECT blocks. The large block ensures that you don't miss out on popular large stamp trends like florals, frames, mandalas and more!

Here’s just a few reviews from our Scrapbook.com customers:

“I was very pleased with the quality. You get 3 blocks that could easily take care of all of your stamping needs. They are thick and have a waved border which help you to easily grip the block during stamping. The grid also helps you to line up your stamp and sentiments in a straight line.” - Hukeyluv

“I'm enjoying using these blocks ... the size, shape and grid make for an excellent stamp block.” - zestyloon

“I have arthritis and find these acrylic blocks much easier for me to hold than the thinner ones. The shape makes it easier to grip also.” – dchristi

“I have several different sets of blocks and these are by far my favorites. Easy to grip and thick.” - BlueFeather

Tips for Use:

  • Make sure you are using your acrylic blocks with the etched grid lines on the top. This will prevent ink from getting trapped in the grooves.
  • To remove ink from the blocks, use stamp cleaner or hand sanitizer - they will shine up like new in no time!
  • For the best stamp impressions, avoid rocking the acrylic block back and forth too much as this could result in smudged images.

    The Perfect Fit Block Set

I have used many different kinds of blocks for stamping and I must say these Umbrella Crafts - Perfect Clear Acrylic Stamp Block Kit are the best. They are so easy to hold because of the curved edges and they are solid without being heavy. Plus I really like having the grid lines etched into the block, makes stamping so much easier to get it all nice and straight. I would highly recommend these to all my crafty friends.

    Awesome

I'm newish to stamping, and had been using really cheap acrylic blocks that were 1/4" thick. A few months ago I bought a set that were just under half an inch, and thought those were amazing - less ink on my fingers and easier to hold. When I saw this set was on such an awesome sale, I decided to see if another 1/4" would make a difference. Oh holy cow! It seems silly, but it really, really does. I now get NO ink on my fingers when stamping, and my small hands can hold them comfortably. I hope they'll eventually make them in bigger sizes. These are great for most of my needs, but I do have a few background stamps that won't fit the biggest in the set.

  • LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!!!!!

These are the acrylic blocks I have been searching for! They are 3/4" thick which mean my fingers have enough space to grip the block without getting ink on them or subsequently the project I am working on. If Umbrella Crafts produced other sizes I would buy those in a heartbeat! Great Job Umbrella Crafts and thank you Scrapbook.com for carrying them.

  • I'm just starting out with stamping and learning what I need etc... So there are several large stamps I want that indicate they are the cling kind so I know I want to get the stamp blocks. However, many of these stamps are listed as being 6" (inches) x 6" (whether they're square or the round diameters) and I'm only finding thus far the largest stamp blocks to be ~ 6-6.5" x 3-3.5" (?). Obviously then, half of these larger stamps will hang off of what's being listed as the largest blocks. Am I missing something? Any advice will certainly be greatly appreciated. :)   By: ptlinda (30-Oct-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!

    • Hello and Welcome to Stamping! 6x6 size stamp is larger than any of the stamp blocks we currently produce. We would recommend using a travel size stamp platform to stamp a large 6x6 stamp. I hope this helps you on your new adventure in stamping!

Here is a suggestion for the travel stamp platform:

  • Can these acrylic blocks be used with a stamp positioner? Or do they need to have A straight edge? Thanks Sandy   By: Dollface0691 (07-Dec-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!

    • Yes they can be used with a stamp positioner. Even though the sides are wavy (to give you an excellent grip) they are symmetrical. There are many products on the market that take the place of a positioner that are well worth the cost. They save you tons on card stock because you can stamp more than once in the same exact place. • This offer was too good to pass - but I'm not a stamper so my question is probably not a smart one. Do stampers typically buy multiple blocks, one for each stamp - or do stampers remove and apply different stamps to a few, well-sized blocks? I wondered if frequent removal and re-application to the stamp blocks would damage the stamps.
Thanks.   By: leeloek (11-Mar-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!

    • That's a great question! As a stamper myself, I buy an assortment of blocks that fit the stamps I tend to buy most, removing the stamps from the block after each use. You will enjoy buying a few sizes of blocks and reusing them with each new project. Removing them from the block will not harm photopolymer stamps at all. Hope that helps. • An Anonymous User
I just got these acrylic blocks in the mail and I hope this isn't a silly question, but when you mount a clear stamp on these blocks, is the stamp supposed to stick to the side where the alignment grid is etched or the side without the lines/the completely smooth side? thanks!   By: User (04-Aug-17) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Well, I have those and I mount the stamp on either side by lining the stamp up so it is lined up along one of the lines. I've not noticed it makes any difference on which side you mount it.
