Easily frame up your favorite quote, sentiment, or photo with the Ovals Etched Dies from the Picot Petite Collection by Becca Feeken for Spellbinders. Included in the package are 4 thin metal dies, the largest oval in the set measures 6" X 4.75" and the smallest measures 2.25" x 1.75". The dies are compatible with most die cutting machines (sold separately).
This is a very pretty die and frames cards beautifully.
The ovals Picot Petite set is nice. I bought them specifically for the ornate edging on the ovals. Just right for some of my projects. I also bought the circles, squares, and rectangles. I like that I'll be able to weave some delicate ribbons through the edging, too.

Do these dies co-ordinate with the Spellbinders large and small basic oval dies?

The dies come with plain oval dies that coordinate with the intricate design ones

No you do not have to cut them apart. There are 4 separate dies that you can layout to create an oval with one or add another to create a frame.
